Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check-in is after 4pm. Check-out is by 10am.
  • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.

Property Access

  • There are 2 cameras on this property: one on the porch facing the driveway and one hanging off the porch on the side of the house, facing the bottom door and driveway. No cameras are aimed at the bedrooms, doors, windows, or decks.

Policies and Rules

  • No pets allowed.
  • No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
  • No events allowed.
  • Minimum age to reserve: 25. The person reserving must sign the agreement and be present during the stay.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
  • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
  • Children allowed.

Fees and Payments

  • Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or by calling with at least one week's notice. Two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a firestarter are provided for $25 plus tax.
  • CANCELLATION POLICY: Bookings canceled within 24 hours of creation will receive a full refund. Bookings canceled more than 24 hours after creation are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Parking Information

  • Carport parking for 2-3 vehicles, and additional parking for 2 more vehicles.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • Air conditioning is available on the main (top) level only; the lower two levels do not have air conditioning.
  • Towels and linens are provided.
  • The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and cooking basics. A starter set of paper products is supplied: one roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few dishwasher tablets, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. These supplies are intended for one or two nights.
  • No hair dryers provided.
  • Dishwasher, oven, stove, toaster, washing machine, clothes dryer, ironing board and iron, high-speed internet, TV, hot tub, pool table, balcony, patio, and free parking are included.
  • Guests may purchase a temporary membership to Beech Mountain Club during their stay (inquire for details).

Safety and Emergency Information

  • Smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector are present.
  • 4WD/AWD and/or chains are recommended during winter (November to March). Travelers visiting during these months should come prepared with an appropriate vehicle; no refunds or date changes will be given if unable to access due to weather or vehicle issues as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
